We have ported the module DynamicFieldITSMConfigItem already for OTRS 4.0

Great, we can finally migrate to 4.0.x - thank you very much.

Sadly the problem with the generic agent still persists.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Just finished another test-installation. The problem is finally resolved, no more preselection on the generic agent.
