OTRS não envia mais e-mail

Bom dia, meu otrs não está mais enviando e-mail , aparece a seguinte mensagem:

Thu Nov 6 10:45:02 2014 error OTRS-otrs.Scheduler-32 Scheduler could not delete PID file:'/opt/otrs/var/run/scheduler.pid'! Operation not permitted
Thu Nov 6 10:45:02 2014 error OTRS-otrs.Scheduler-32 Can not write into the PID file:'/opt/otrs/var/run/scheduler.pid'! Permission denied

já configurei o Core::Sendmail para SMTP, coloquei o email completo+senha e porta 25 , porem nao envia, se alguem puder me ajudar.

Veja na terceira linha:

SMTP authentication failed: 5355.7.8 Authentication credentials invalid

Me parece que a senha que você está usando não está correta.

os dados estão corretos sim, ja resetei a senha e coloquei novamente, mesmo assim o erro de credenciais permanece

Isso pode ter algo a ver então com o método de envio, tente por SMTPS.
