Problema na exibição da interface e acesso ao Sistema OTRS

Olá pessoal,

o meu problema está (pra mim) meio complicado até de entender e explicar.

Eu estava utilizando o sistema em localhost e ele funcionava perfeitamente, estava testando as funcionalidades para instalar de vez aqui na empresa porém... houve uma queda de energia aqui no departamento e depois que tudo voltou ao normal o sistema volta para mim com essa cara (na imagem anexa). E, no momento da queda, eu não estava modificando nenhuma configuração de interface, estava apenas criando um ticket.
Eu já verifiquei o apache e o postgresql ambos estão funcionando corretamente e testei no Firefox e no Chromium mais estáveis. Não sei se dá para perceber na imagem mas, os botões de login e enviar estão desabilitados mesmo com os campos preenchidos.

Eu estou perdida sem saber porque a interface está só com o HTML e não há mais conexão com nada (já que não me permite tentar logar)...
Se alguém entendeu meu problema e puder me ajudar, agradeço muito!!

tenta reiniciar todos serviços do OTRS, e talvez ate o servidor.
Depois q reiniciar os serviços do OTRS vai la nos Logs e veja se ocorreu algum erro com alguma das ferramentas q o OTRS utiliza.

Poxa, não funcionou...
Executei os comandos e rodei novamente e deu na mesma coisa...

Quando fui no log não apareceu nenhum erro... ou eu não identifiquei...

Não sei se vai te ajudar, mas eu já vi esta situação ococrrer.

Estava tentando fazer com que o TRS iniciasse no root e não no /otrs e ao modificar o otrs.conf consegui ele me abriu o site desta forma.

tenho aqui comigo um otrs.conf original, compare e veja se o seu foi alterado:

Ricardo, até que tem umas linhas a mais no meu otrs.conf:

Não entendi bem o que essas linhas a mais significam... mas comentei e deu na mesma.
Já coloquei de volta mesmo não sabendo o que modificam na execução.
Se alguém ainda tiver sugestões, eu aceito!!

Então, pessoal. Consegui resolver.

Eu fui tentar reinstalar o OTRS, daí abri o installer ( http://127.0.0.1/otrs/installer.pl ) e deu este erro:

Então procurei como desabilitar o SecureMode e encontrei este link ( http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/20 ... 31285.html ).
E foi bem simples... adicionei essa linha no meu Config.pm:

$Self->{SecureMode} = 1;

E voltou a funcionar! (:
