Ошибка. Не запускается служба Apache

Здравствуйте!
У меня стоит сборка OTRS 3.0. на Windows Server 2003 SP2 (x32)

Вдруг OTRS перестал запускаться. В службах: Apache 2.2 остановлен, а при запуске выдает ошибку.
