Looking for OTRS consultant

Post by troykay » 05 Jul 2016, 15:39

Hi all,

I'm looking for an OTRS developer familiar with the 5.x infrastructure, skinning and incorporating pre-existing JavaScript into a Customer/Agent module.

I have set up an installation of OTRS 5.0.11 on a droplet to use for development of a Customer-facing portal into our internal ticket system. I'm writing a *very simple* Customer/Agent-facing file downloads module. I'm having some issues incorporating jstree (jquery-based folder structure, gets its data from HTML elements) into the module. (The core of the module works outside of OTRS, JS only stops working when I bring it inside). I've been asking in the English help section, but I don't want to tax the goodwill of the community.

I'd like to see the JS jstree incorporated, and find out why/how it wasn't working. It's probably something dreadfully obvious.

I'm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada -- obviously you won't need to be onsite for this. I'd like to know an hourly rate. I can furnish access to the droplet when discussion warrants it.

Please let me know if you're interested.
