Older users on OTRS prefer the Outlook look, so i was thinking of creating a template which might mimic Outlook it could be run at the click of a button which could be after the Dasboard, tickets etc buttons.
No core functionality of the OTRS system must be changed. Other then looks one additional requirement will be any reminders for tickets come in a neat little popup window which reminds them by listing escalated / pending reply / close time overdue in tabs.
This is only required for the ticket handling aspects, tasks, calender etc are not important.

Anyone interested please PM me on the cost and timeline, please do not post below.

It will be extremely useful if you have done such a work in the past, if so please do let me know.
