es sieht so aus, als hättest Du ggf. Kunden Daten und Kundenauthentifizierung nicht sauber aufeinander abgestimmt in der Config.pm oder Du nutzt das falsche Frontend

Kunden werden nicht syncronsiert sondern direkt abgefragt (oder aus dem Cache geholt).

you would need an invoker module in the system to send data.

You can get a commercial module (and cosnsulting) for this or you need to develop your own module

on a vanilla OTRS installation this setup already works (you have to move .procmailrc.dist to .procmailrc in the OTRS Home directory) Configuration of postfix and procmail on the server has to e done but is not OTRS related, also mails have to e forwarded to the OTRS Server from your Exchange instal...

Basically it is the idea and purpose of a ticket system that agents will answer tickets as team and so it is not of any importance if one specific agent is available at a certain time

ACLs can not enable permissions, just restrict them. So use rw permission but disable the compose screen for the support role

a) do not use old, outdated and unsecure software (latest patch of 5 is 5.0.42 ut 5 is out of security and bug fix support)
b) check the logs of the OTRS system and the mail server

Reports is a function which was developed for the Business Solution and never had been in the Community Edition. Only statistics was and is available.

Reports (as part of the Reports tab) is only available in the commercial version. Statistics, which is also part can be used in the CE based on your permissions

there are several ways you could use right now:

- forwarding mails instead of fetching
- fetchmail
. switch to a provider which follows standards

Please also note that the implementation MS did so far does not work (e.g. compared to Gmail)
