Without knowing what your update steps were it's hard to guess what is wrong.

If you're stuck at the login page, have you checked the Javascript console? Anything in the application ,of or Apache error_log?

How is the screenshot related to your issue?

No 1 & 2 are not possible without add-ons. There are two commercial add-ons available with a support subscription (DynamicFieldGroups and AdvancedLDAP) from Znuny.

Regarding No. 3, I would check the DBMS's manual. Znuny only required host,port, user, and password.

The auto-response is for creating tickets, not moving. You might be able to use the ticket notifications for this use case.

Spam is handled outside Znuny. That's the MTA's task

Make sure that you have:

1.) a valid auto response, type auto reply
2.) have this auto response assigned to the queue(s)

I assume "move a ticket to the queue" means when you fetch an email and a ticket is created.

Can't connect bedeuted kann sich nicht verbinden. Meist ist es die Firewall, es kann aber auch ein nicht korrekt konfiguriertes IPV4/IPV6 Setup sein.
Also bitte einmal mit telnet vom Server aus testen:

telnet outlook.office365.com 993

Das muss funktionieren.

"2 BAD User is authenticated but not connected" means the user who obtained the token does not have the proper permission to access the fetched mailbox.

1.) Keep IMAPS
