Hi yuri0001, You can store custome's CI Key in LDAP, for example of Computer or LAPTOP MAC address, then import them to OTRS via LDAP integration. Hi,
You can not change the default owner for tickets in SysConfig GUI, but you can take control on whether receiving notification through the relevant configurations in "Email Settings" and "My Queues" under agent persional pereferences.

Pleas check the table of user in OTRS database, the user id which equals 1 should be the default owner for all tickets.
