Hi,
as a workaround try to enable (set "yes" and explicitly store) the personal option "View all tickets" - with that it should work. Then you should see all tickets regardless, whether they are locked or not. Sorry, we haven'T had the time to search and fix this bug yet.

Moinsen, Da hast du recht aber das entgültige löschen wurde auch schon durchgeführt. Die kann man unter Outlook - > Extras speziell löschen und dann sind sie entgültig weg. Leider holt OTRS noch irgendwo die Mail her. Wo wüsste ich aber nicht. OK das ist dann ein mailserver/-konto-spezifisches Thema...

also ich suche quasi so etwas in dieser art: index.pl?Action=AdminCustomerUser&Subaction=Add&UserPhone=1234 das problem ist, dass UserPhone eben nicht übernommen wird.... ...das erfordert einige Anpassungen an Modul AdminCustomerUser.pm, u.a. muss auch berücksichtigt werden welches Kundendatenbacke...
