Yes. (We plan to move our company workstations forward to some new Debian,
but for now, Kubuntu 8.04 with KDE 3 is what we use. And KDE 3 isn’t bad.)

Hi, I just saw that OTRS 3.x has made it into Debian and wanted to upgrade, when a cow-orker warned me about the new AJAX Web-UI.
