I suggest that MySQL is simply not running. The output from otrs.CheckModules.pl is only checking if the Perl DBD driver is installed.

What is the output of the command

Läuft denn der OTRS Daemon? Der übernimmt den eigentlichen Versand, solange der nicht läuft geht keine E-Mail raus.

Hi,

If you're affected by the mention bug the easiest way of updating will be cpan:

cpanm IO::Socket::SSL Net::SMTP
But keep in mind that there is no update mechanism in place. Create your own process on how to deal with this.

also wenn Du die Daten bearbeiten kannst und die Änderungen auch gespeichert werden, dann ist es keine LDAP-Anbindung sonder eine DB. Das passt nicht zu Deiner geposteteten Konfiguration.
