wenn ich mich recht erinnere wird für jedes Ticket einmal eine Verbindung aufgemacht. Am besten Du deaktiviert die Anbindung bis die Leitung wieder steht.

Check the order of your Postmasterfilter. The one for @domain1.com should be before the one with name@domain1.com.
I recommend prefixing the filter with numbers like 1000 filter a and 1100 filter b

I recommend using relative time periods. If you configure last month and run the report on the 1st of January you get the data from December.And then you don't need any parameter.

Hi, Ok so I just upgraded from 6.0.16 to 6.0.30 today. After some hickups with extra perl modules needed due to Znuny4OTRS the upgrade completed without errors. There are no extra Perl modules required by Znuny4OTRS-Repo. Pretty sure you talk about Moo and similar. They are new dependencies of OTRS....
