Maybe you should run cpanm as root user and not otrs. Consider that the otrs use is not allowed to install systemwide modules.

I suggest your customer_user table is pretty large. Did you enable slow query logging? There could be queries on the customer_user table without indexes. And I would give it a try to convert this table back into MyISAM.

This depends on the Keys of your dynamic field. Use Owner as Parameter in the Transition Action if the keys are the agent's login names or OwnerID if the keys are the ID of the agent - and <OTRS_TICKET_DynamicField_Field> as value

der Betreff ist per se Pflichtfeld. Soweit ich daas überblicke müsstest Du Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketNote.pm anpassen und da bei ArticleCreate dann den Betreff tauschen. Dazu sind m.E. solide Perl-Kenntnisse Pfliicht.

Agenten (im Gegensatz zu Kundenbenutzern) werden erst dann angezeigt wenn sie in OTRS angelegt sind. Entweder manuell oder via AuthSyncModule. Und AuthSync ist erst dann aktiv, wenn sich der entsprechende Agent anmeldet. Wenn Du also alle sehen willst: manuell anlegen.

Hi,

Don't start the daemon, go straight to version 6 and disable the escalation notification before you start the daemon again.
And if you're not interested in escalations at all disable them too.
