Hi,
I am trying to Due Date field Mandatory for Particular one Queue.How Can i do it. I am using OTRS version 3.2.11 & ITSM 3.2.9.

Can i fetch mails from a Queue OTRS in MS Outlook ?? Mails Downloaded in MS Outlook from OTRS ? . Is this possible ? If ' YES ' How Should i do ?

Yes, This is only happen with one E mail ID regularly 80% mails Duplicates , but others E mail id less , rare of a duplicate mails.
