If you want to work again, delete it.

真不好意思,多次麻烦你,不过我还是有个问题.
我已经在Ticket::Frontend:ViewFreeTxt和Cusomter上添加了,但是还是没有显示。还要修改哪块吗?

I want to add a quick search in ticket solving

I wanto add a qucik search in ticket solving (agentticketzoom.pm). but I have a problem:

The page shows table data, but what I wanted is the ID corrlated ticket. What I can find is the <td>content</td>. How can I get the ticket id?

Hi, I have a question now. When cusomers want to watch their tichets from customer panel. They only find the notification information. But they need all info, such as change queue, change priority, overtime,link other tickets and status( open, pending or closed). How to display the ticke progress? eg:
