I wanted to know if there is a queue view to see how a tree view of the queue, being able to browse the ticket inside of each queue and sub queue.
Queueview in OTRS allows you to see the ticket in the queue, but only of those unlocked.

version is the 2.4 unfortunately does not exist for the 3.x, but I have added the missing code in the files for version 3.0.10 dtl pm and then I created the files and internanalmessage.pm internalmessage.dtl.
