Have you found a solution for this issue?

We're occasionally facing this problem, OTRS 3.0.8 and FAQ 2.0.5

As a workaround we're using physycal files uploaded to a folder and then linked in the article but it is a little bit time consuming.

It seems to be some problem with the database when committing the FAQ. We created a FAQ with many images, but instead of uploading through the editor we linked them to a smb share.
