I must say this is a very easy install version of OTRS. I also tested the creation of an backup and restored that also and the system was up and running with the known useraccounts. Where do I create the ticket type RFC, I lost where to do it.
The strange thing is, the type does exist for RFC as ticket type.
I Changed this setting:
ITSMChange::AddChangeLinkTicketTypes --> There was RFC in it so it wasn't visible as ticketType.
