Can't get generic agent to find tickets

I want to set up the generic agent to find tickets with a certain title and delete them. I can't get it to work. They all have a title, something like.. [Ticket#2013031810000221] You got follow up! (Update notifications) ...anyway, the point is that they will have 'Update notifications' in the title...

That would make sense.

I'm using the config script for apache that is shipped with OTRS absolutely as-is. I do have mod-perl enabled so that's the explanation. We'll live with it - I was just getting frustrated that I could not figure it out. Thanks :)

Why do I have to search to see list in Admin::Users

When I create new users the list of users is empty. Experimenting, the only way I seem to be able to list users is to put * in the search box and press Search. This seems a bit inconvenient. Can somebody explain what locked tickets are. A ticket being locked doesn't seem to stop me working with it but it must mean something. New tickets all seem to come in locked.
