Hi! I'm getting a timeout, the standard timeout of 600 seconds, when some emails are being fetched. They always contain jpg images. I just tried to put an index on that field but didn't make a difference, so that wasn't the problem. I just realized that the query also should've had AND archive_flag = 0 Am I right? But this is not the case. I've tried to enable and disable the setting for Ticket::ArchiveSystem. I don't understand...

Thank you. I just figured out another solution which worked. I replaced the content in file
/opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/Mozilla/CA/cacert.pem
with content from here:

I just upgraded to the brand new Znuny 6.0.31 rpm package on centos 7 (from 6.0.30). After that when I'm replying to a ticket the html text is shown as text and not like html. I've followed all the instructions and the upgrade went well except for that all queues are gone! When I click tickets -> queue view it's empty, no queues are showing at all. I received this error when otrs crashed casue to an overfilled harddrive. The solution for me was to upgrade to last version of otrs (3.0.9 in this case). I guess a file somewhere got corrupted by the crash and the upgrade fixed this.
