Выбираете Link together Yes и задаёте номер родительского тикета. Все выбранные тикеты будут дочерними к нему.

Что значит - "ненужные". Тип и приоритет - обязательные поля. Ответственного можно в конфиге выключить. Мы никогда Responsible не используем.

*Kolding*Albertslund*Søborg* works like Kolding AND Albertslund AND Søborg. If you need Kolding OR Albertslund OR Søborg you should create 3 separate jobs for every pattern.

Вам надо настроить второй источник атворизации - из базы.
В Config.pm прописать типа такого:
$Self->{AuthModule2} = 'Kernel::System::Auth::DB';
И создать агента в группе admin через консоль, если он ещё не создан.

1. Почему при переоткрытии тикет становится НОВЫМ? Это, как минимум, нелогично
2. Скриншот нерабочего уведомления со всеми параметрами где?
3. Автоответы тут не при чём. Надо настраивать уведомления о событии.
