yes, check Ticket Notifications. But it really makes no sense. People should work in OTRS, the mail is just an information (an people might use different channels to get informed about new tickets also)

rpc.pl is depricated. lease use the GenericInterface.

The rpc.pl always connects to the PERL API of OTRS. In OTRS 6 where several changes in the backend API. Please consult doc.otrs.com to gain deeper knowledge.

- all packages have to be 6.x
- a restore will also restore files not just database
- follow exactly the migration guideline in the admin manual!

Queue funktioniert analog SLA. Ist allerdings ein SLA für das Ticket gesetzt überschreibt dieser Queue basierte Werte

You should also check the contents of the ticket, Autoreplies etc. Also what kind of connections are made to the mentioned IP address? 5.0.16 has several security issues, you always should update to the last patch level. Nein, die Sperre ist elementarer BEstandteil der OTRS Funktionalität. Es gibt zwar die von Wurzel beschriebenen Möglichkeiten, aber Spass werdet Ihr damit keinen haben

die rpc.pl ist ein direkter Zugriff auf die API. Da diese sich geändert hat, musst Du Dein Script gemäß der OTRS 6 API anpassen

Benutz ein, der Installation angemessenes, Filesystem. Desweiteren solltet Ihr prüfen warum so viele Artikel in den Cache wandern, habt Ihr evtl. Generic Agents, die (unnötigerweise) zu viele Tickets anfassen?

There is a module called Dynamic Ticket Templates available for our customers. Or you can use the Process Management module to create differrent forms...
