latin1 is not supported since years and the migration to OTRS6 should have complained already. Your issue sounds like a cache issue, did you delete all caches after database changes?

die OTRS Version 3.3. hat mehrere kritische Sicherheitslücken. Ein update ist unumgänglich, sollten durch eine bekannte Lücke Personenbezogene Daten abfliessen, dann können sich Dein Chef und Du ziemlich warm anziehen...

GA is a search so has to search through a huge amount of data or is triggered by an event and always have to go trough database. The postmaster filter has to analyze only 1 mail before it enters the database. So from performance point of view postmaster filters are much better. For sure they can be ...

Hallo, ich habe immer noch das Gefühl das Du einfach den falschen Part im OTRS nutzt. Hier wäre der Postmasterfilter besser, da die Tickets sicher (so lässt es das Subject vermuten) per E-Mail erstellt werden. The main issue I see here is that the Generic Agent (which only would allow the filters available in the TicketSearch) API might be the wrong tool within OTRS to solve your needs. Anscheinend werden leider nicht alle Tabellen sauber auf orphaned records geprüft (kannst gerne einen Bug dafür aufmachen)

Ursache ist, das ein Benutzer (Agent) gelöscht wurde. Das hat die referentielle Intigrität der Datenbank zerstört. Das musst Du nun in irgendeiner Weise bereinigen.

es geht hier um die Article Flag table, wenn hier Einträge verweist sind, bedeutet das üblicherweise das z.B. Agenten aus der Datgelöschtenbank wurden.

Die Löschung dieser Records stellt aber kein Problem für den Inhalt dar.

Das Migrationsscript muss ohne Änderungen! und ohne Fehler durchlaufen. Sonst kann es keine erfolgreiche Migration geben.

espescially huge clients should be aware that running old and unsecure versions of a software is a huge security risk! Also it seems that modifications to the frontend were done which might be the cause for the issue

So viele wie OTRS braucht..... Das ist nicht abhängig von der Anzahl der Tickets, sondern von der Anzahl der laufenden Webserver und Daemon Prozesse. Im Webserver sollte u.a. die Nutzung von Apache::DBI mit dem entsprechenden DBD Modul im apache2-perl-startup.pl konfiguriert sein

As the name already states, desktop is for desktop usage not for sserver applications like OTRS. A lot of packages are not installed on a Desktop variant which are needed by OTRS. Also if you have no clue on running linux servers and applications you should go with a fully managed system and not set...

der Generator sowie der Hook sollten niemals im Betrieb geändert werden.

Bei echten Antworten auf E-Mails aus dem OTRS kann zusätzlich noch eine Analyse der Header eingeschaltet werden.

Config.pm. Die Defaults.pm darf man nicht ändern. Sie wird beim update überschrieben
