Das Generic Interface stellt keine Http Basic Auth Authentifizierung zur Verfügung, sondern authentifiziert selber. Du musst dementsprechend Benutzernamen und Passwort als GET Parameter angeben. Oder vorher eine Session erzeugen und dann die SessionID übergeben.

you would need a system which provides to send SMS or other Messages via API. For this you should have deep knowledge on how to use OTRS invokers and also in JSON/Rest based webservices.

Or you can check if there are commercial modules which do the job

Perhaps you can explain what you want to achieve. Abusing the second (which are typically not of any use on tickt processing) for storing additional data seems not to be th best solution.

Create a new file for the mysql config: and then the file path and name.

So please read the docs carefully and you should have at least the Linux LPIC-1 level of knowledge to operate an server and keep it safe.

Otherwise I suggest to use a SaaS solution instead.

Dies ermöglicht u.a. ein Rollback (mit Hilfe eines DB Backups) während der Migration. Es steht allerdings nirgends das Du diese alten Verzeichnisse ewig aufheben musst
