die Agenten wissen üblicherweise schnell welche Queues sie brauchen und den Kunden sollte man keine Queues zur Auswahl geben.

Die Anzahl lässt sich nicht über die Konfiguration ändern

benutzt Ihr die modernized fields? Dann einfach das Suchkriterium eingeben, z.B. einen Teil des Queue Namens.

Aber was mir so richtig helfen würde wäre ne Aussage wie: Hach damals bei der ALTEN Version war das so leicht über Skript dingensbumms oder in Datei XYZ einzustellen und heute ist alles viel komplizierter :D was möchtes Du genau wissen? Heute lässt sich deutlich mehr scripten als in alten Versionen

die Schwachstellen sind u.a. auf der OTRS Webseite veröffentlicht, da aber die 3.3. seit dem Release der OTRS 5 keine Security Patches mehr erhält müsstest Du alle Schwachstellen seit dem Release der 3.3.20 prüfen. Dein OTRS ist so alt (und unsicher) das es hier zu einem keinen Sinn macht es weiterzubetreiben und das es auch keine brauchbare Lösung für das Problem gibt.

Nach einem Update auf die letzte Version kannst Du Dir mal die Ticket Benachrichtigungen anschauen

Templates in Notizen sind out of the box möglich. Wenn Du allerdings noch auf der OTRS 5 bist, solltest Du schnellsten upgraden da die bereits geraume Zeit End of Life ist und auch entsprechende Sicherheitslücken vorhanden sind

es sieht so aus, als hättest Du ggf. Kunden Daten und Kundenauthentifizierung nicht sauber aufeinander abgestimmt in der Config.pm oder Du nutzt das falsche Frontend

Kunden werden nicht syncronsiert sondern direkt abgefragt (oder aus dem Cache geholt).

You can get a commercial module (and cosnsulting) for this or you need to develop your own module

on a vanilla OTRS installation this setup already works (you have to move .procmailrc.dist to .procmailrc in the OTRS Home directory) Configuration of postfix and procmail on the server has to e done but is not OTRS related, also mails have to e forwarded to the OTRS Server from your Exchange instal...

ACLs can not enable permissions, just restrict them. So use rw permission but disable the compose screen for the support role
