Re: pending auto close does not work

Usually, the default value works fine.
I´ve set all back to default and it works fine. My bad I did not think of that earlier.

Many thanks, Roy :)

Can close this thread and mark it as solved.

Kind regards,
Harry

Re: pending auto close does not work

Thanks for the fast answers. I am looking though System Configurations all the time, I cant find it, so my only option is to search here. So i should change: Ticket::PendingAutoStateType to have "pending reminder" and "pending auto" in? Do I understand that correctly? State Scree...

[SOLVED] pending auto close does not work

Hi all, I´ve got a Problem with OTRS 6.0.24 running on CentOS Linux release 7.7.1908 (Core). Setting a ticket to pending reminder or pending auto close+ does not do anything when the pending time is reached. I have tried to clear cache, shutdown the VM, restart the Daemon.pl and Cron.sh, change sett...

Re: No articles shown on the WebGUI

We had the same issue again on friday evening.

Next step is to change https back to http and see if that was causing the issue.
Also we added PMM to the Database, maybe that will tell us something more.

regards,
Harry

Re: No articles shown on the WebGUI

quick update:

We ran into the same issue again over the weekend and restored a snapshot to fix it. Now we have also cleared the cache after restoring the snapshot.
We have to wait and see if it occures again.

regards,
Harry

Re: No articles shown on the WebGUI

Thank you. The thing is that also in the database, the article was empty. I am afraid I did not explain that correctly, sorry about that. The OTRS httptype setting is definetely something that could cause issues, but I highly doubt it changes the way how data gets written into the database. Kind re...

Re: No articles shown on the WebGUI

Hi both, thanks a lot for the fast answers. I was not aware of that setting and just changed it a minute ago. I hope this will resolve the issue. It is still wierd that it worked for some days and suddenly the issue occured, or do you think that is normal behavior? Or have you recently changed the b...

Hi, We have installed OTRS 6.0.24 on CentOS Linux release 7.7.1908 (Core). We installed a lower OTRS 6 version from scratch and did updates. The system uses 2 VM´s. 1 for the actual OTRS and 1 for the Database(MySQL, 5.7.26-29 Percona Server (GPL), Release 29). It was running fine for approx. 2 mont...
