So, it seems that this version (5) doesnt have that configuration.
And in relation tho the problem "no notifications", already solved it. Someone changed the email in sysconfig that we use to send the notifications.

Hey guys.

I'm looking for a way to send notifications to every consumer after i used bulk.
Right now only one notification is addressed (Normally to the oldest ticket).
The addOn Master/Slave can't be used because the tickets don't relate to each-other.

Any ideas?

I already checked the Ticket::Acl::Module###1-Ticket::Acl::Module .
For now my only solution in mind is to talk with the programmers in my team an see if they can do something about it.
If i end up finding a solution i'll post here.
