Hello, could someone tell me how can i Print html formatted document from otrs. I found TicketPrintHTML from reneb, but when i printing article, all colors, formats and images are stripped. I need fully print article with customer footer etc.

i've got problem with export Customers and CustomerUsers. I'm using Customer User Import Export, but when i want export more then 250 users/customers to csv i get only 250 in csv file. Could someone tell me how to solve this problem ?

ive got some problem with multismtp. I want to send email from system@somedomain.com, but reply must be to system@anotherdomain.com. Its possible ? Sorry for my weak english.

After change attributes DashboardBackend###0120-TicketNew to StateType=new;SortBy=Changed;OrderBy=Down, everything works perfectly.
