I can see, that if someone register in our /customer.pl module there is no need to add him to the Customer (company) module.

Thats weird that OTRS is so advanced but at the same time looses so simple and usable functions.

Button "My locked tickets" shows my locked tickets, not All tickets that I own. I need button that shows me every ticket I own.

I would like to disable "Responsible" function in our OTRS, but button "My responsibilities" disappears.

Yes, additionaly, fulltext search works now not as good as with default configuration. So changed this back and now works ok. But I still cant to search via Ticket Title .
