I can see, that if someone register in our /customer.pl module there is no need to add him to the Customer (company) module.
How to create users manually in this style?

Thats weird that OTRS is so advanced but at the same time looses so simple and usable functions.
OK, so how can I do to have every my ticked locked, it must be automatic and never unlocked?

Button "My locked tickets" shows my locked tickets, not All tickets that I own. I need button that shows me every ticket I own.

Owner button filtering tickets

Hello,

I would like to disable "Responsible" function in our OTRS, but button "My responsibilities" disappears.
Is there some way to enable button like this but with tickets that I own?

Hello, I would like to subscribe google calendar in to OTRS, our employee sometimes got to add some reservation out of office. Most comfortable way to do this is to mark it in mobile calendar synchronized with google account. At the same time we have to see this in OTRS 6 Calendar. Is there some way...

Yes, additionaly, fulltext search works now not as good as with default configuration. So changed this back and now works ok. But I still cant to search via Ticket Title .
