To make things simpler, I am using Znuny 6.5.2

I have few dynamic fields of type Date/Time like following Image

I want to make it like following Image i.e enable seconds in date/time field

Thanks Roy, Unfortunately, For us old system is gone.


We tried adding new fields or even with existing fields we don't see Date Time field showing seconds,
Is there any way we can enable that to show seconds field

I tried adding that from ServicePreference , But it just gave the textbox.
Which cannot get view from created and changed fields

The usage need is to add the start date of the service which is independent of creation date

By default OTRS daemon runs in every 10 min, Is there any configuration provided either in OTRS GUI or command line to change the daemon schedule run time to say 5 min or less ?
