Of course. This option does not remove the company tickets option, it denies the entry after you click on it.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I already tried that function.
Result: Company tickets stay but when you click on it you get access denied.
Which is better, but not what I am looking for. I hope it can be removed completely.

Is there a possibility in SysConfig to remove Company Tickets from the Customer Tickets list?

Dear All, I am testing OTRS for my company. My version is : OTRS 6 Patch Level 7 Server OS: Ubuntu 16.04 Server Everything works fine except Customer login for LDAP users. Ok, but I got rid of email errors and still the same.
I noticed is that when I upload a file in a ticket creation process I cant see file size and trash icon, those 2 fields are empty.
