I know the user (me) is fine as I can login using the webpage.

Is there a way to see what is submitted in the "REMOTE_USER" ?
That way I could actually see what the problem is.

More info here

I tried using Internet Explore and Chrome. I addded my site in "local intranet" also just in case.

I'm running OTRS version 6.0.2 under CentOS 7 using MariaDB and HTTPD.

I was initially thinking about the "GenericAgent" but i don't see the "UserCity" field in it.

Maybe there is a way to add it there ?

Thanks, I noticed the "locked" status.

We are a small internal IT team and thus we don't really want to "lock" tickets so that if anyone has time, they can take over.

That's why I went towards the "responsible" module.

Works quite fine !

I finally went with "Responsible" instead of "Owner"

When you activate the "Reponsible" module, you have "My responsabilities" that is added as "filter" in "Open Tickets"
