Re: SSO not working - Message: Need User!
I know the user (me) is fine as I can login using the webpage.
Is there a way to see what is submitted in the "REMOTE_USER" ?
That way I could actually see what the problem is.

I was initially thinking about the "GenericAgent" but i don't see the "UserCity" field in it.
Maybe there is a way to add it there ?

Hi jojo,
What do you mean by "GenericAgent" ? I crossed that term quite a few times but didn't figure out what it's related to.

Modifying "Delete" behavior
Hi, I'm trying to fine-tune the "delete" behavior in "Ticket::Frontend::MenuModule###460-Delete" For the link I added "State=5;StateType=closed" so the line looks like this : Action=AgentTicketMove;TicketID=[% Data.TicketID %];DestQueue=Delete;State=5;StateType=closed W...

Re: Dashlets - Filtering my owner
Thanks, I noticed the "locked" status.
We are a small internal IT team and thus we don't really want to "lock" tickets so that if anyone has time, they can take over.
That's why I went towards the "responsible" module.
Works quite fine !

Re: Dashlets - Filtering my owner
Hi everyone,
I finally went with "Responsible" instead of "Owner"
When you activate the "Reponsible" module, you have "My responsabilities" that is added as "filter" in "Open Tickets"

Well, it looks like I had to ask the question to fin my answer.
I added this to my LDAP parameters
$Self->{CustomerUser} = {
Module => 'Kernel::System::CustomerUser::LDAP',
Params => {
SourceCharset => 'utf-8',
DestCharset => 'utf-8',

Problem with "special characters" for user coming from LDAP
Hi, I have OTRS 6 installed linked with my LDAP. Everything is working quite ok on that part but some of my users have "special characters" in their name. For example my user "François Collerette" is shown as "François Collerette". This seems to be linked to the LDAP &...
