It is a server in CentOS 7 with 4 gb of ram and hard disk of 60 gb. It is virtualized in VMware ESxi 6.5.

Until now it is in production and is registering this slowness, it is a new server

On average there are more than 500 clients.

Currently when users send an email to the mail that I have receipt of tickets, the ticket arrives in an open state and not in a new state.

Somebody could help me to correct this error that all the tickets arrive in new condition.

Hallo

Wenn Benutzer derzeit eine E-Mail an die E-Mail senden, bei der ich Tickets erhalten habe, wird das Ticket in einem offenen Status und nicht in einem neuen Status angezeigt.

Jemand könnte mir helfen, diesen Fehler zu korrigieren, dass alle Tickets in neuem Zustand ankommen.

Actualmente cuando los usuarios envian un correo electronico al correo que tengo de recepcion de los tickets, el ticket llega en estado abierto y no en estado nuevo.

Alguien me podria ayudar a corregir dicho error que me lleguen todos los tickets en estado nuevo.

Ich habe OTRS in CentOS 7 installiert und dies ist in der VMware EXsi und zum Zeitpunkt der Eingabe und Schließung eines Tickets oder eine Abfrage über den Admin-Tab, es dauert eine lange Zeit.

Könnte mir jemand mit dieser Unbequemlichkeit helfen und dir eine Lösung geben?

He venido utilizando OTRS montado en CentOS 7 y este esta en el EXsi de VMware y al momento de ingresar y hacer un cierre de un ticket o hacer una consulta por la pestaña admin, se demora mucho.
