OTRS 5.0.23, would someone know if it's possible to create a statistic, displaying the number of tickets per customer company name? I can only find customer ID, but not the company name.

You can use the addon Znuny4OTRS-CustomPriorityColor, free of charge. With this addon you can adjust the color for the priorities and also the used names.

Hello everyone, after reading your posts for some months I'm publishing my first question. OTRS 5.0.23, I have changed the priority names to the following: 1 critical 2 urgent 3 normal 4 low 5 (disabled this one) I can see these on the tickets without problems, but just noticed on the system logs th...
