I suggest creating a Dynamic_Field which will be input an email address, and adding ticket notifications.

As far as I know OTRS has no such function.

I tried your suggestion, but still returns null and I cannot get the correct response.
Since it can be searched on the web agent interface, I think there is a way to obtain via REST API.

I've realized that our second system which restored from production backup is sending email.
I could not notice because of same email sender has.

Hello.

In "infomation" sidebar inside the customer interface , DynamicField value is not shown.
DynamicField is not null and It's good to be shown in agent interface.

Is there bad configuration anywhere?
