I am getting,
"otrs.Daemon.pl: Loaded DateTime::TimeZone::Atlantic::Reykjavik, which is from an older version (2017b) of the Olson database than this installation of DateTime::TimeZone (2013h)."

filter condition : Subject look for value: (.*\@domain.com)
Set email headers : x-otrs-custmoerno set value:[***]

Is it possible to create dynamic filter for customerid in the subject area?

lets say John johnson send an email to my inbox and I forward it to the OTRS email with john@johnson.com in the subject, then OTRS will assign john johnson as a customer of the ticket based on the email in the subject.

I got the logon to work, but when the customer logs on to the customer site and create a ticket, there is no customer information. And the customer cant open the ticket "Permission denied"

I'm testing multiple ldap backend authentication, and I came a cross that I login on another user in other domain if the user name was the same
$Self->{'Customer::AuthModule::LDAP::UID'} = 'sAMAccountName';

I have 13 queues that I need to create, under each of those queue I need to create 22 subqueues.
That is 299 queue :) that is too much.
