Got The Same issue.

Tried many thing. Only thing that works is changing OTRSTimeZone to UTC but it messes my dates in system.

Does anyone know what is wrong?

It poped UP when daylight saving time came to life in my timezone.

We need to have last page number there (Just like on this forum) is it possible to enable this kind of pagination somehow ?

Hi.

My users are complaining about something like this:
In Article/Ticket Zoom there is history of past conversations.

If it's many messages there, Scroll bar shows to show all of them.
Users require to change this to resize frame to fit all of them without showing scroll bar. Is this possible?

basicly I think it's content_size from article_data_mime_attachment table.

But calculated for every queue.

Well i was hoping for more help :)

Solution is here in file:
Kernel/Output/HTML/FilterText/URL.pm

There is function to shorten URLs, and changing number of characters there solved the issue.

Yeah, Tried That. Nothing.

I have access to all my Queues, and can do everything correctly.

I just cannot see them in this View. I should be able to see them, even blinking if that will be set.
But here ... absolutely nothing.

Searching all the settings but ... nothing.

Where should I looks for these build in screens?

I was wandering, maybe I should write new Module, and just attach it in file somehow.
And Also copying this file to Custom directory should be pretty much Upgrade proof is there will be no changes in variables, data blocks etc.
