When I am trying to update/close/generate a ticket its taking approx. 3 minutes.
I installed OTRS on ubuntu Machine (RAM- 16 GB).
Usually how much time its take to close or update for a ticket.

Hi,
Can I change protocol to HTTPS, I try to change from - Framework → Core → Httptype.
But it still open with http protocol, is there any other setting which I need to change?

Dear Concern, I have two more issue- 1- By default all Customeruser didn't assigned with services, I have to manually assign all users with services. It is possible that all customeruser assigned with all services. 2- After a ticket is logged- is it possible that user can assign Tiket Type, Ticket Q...
