Hey, No, you don't need to set it. Check the error log of your web server for a better error traceback. You can also take a look at the communication protocol entry of the mail that is triggering the message (if it's getting triggered by a mail and not by FetchMail in general). Best regards Emin He...

Hello, we have been using OTRS since 2016. We are now using OTRS 6 (6.0.29) with Time Accounting plugin but we are facing really slow overall performance in particular with the Time Accounting section. It takes about 30secs to load the Overwiew page and 10/15 secs to open a day to fill with the time...

UPDATE: i got this error after i accidentally upgraded my mysql version from 5.5.50 to 5.5.53.

I can modify the table values through the phpmyadmin webinterface but i still got this "bug" when i try to modify time period from the otrs web interface.

Update: modificando manualmente da DB riesco a modificare il range.

Ho dimenticato di dire che oggi ho aggiornato alcuni pacchetti del server ( ubuntu 14.04 LTS ) tra cui mysql.

Forse è stata questa la causa?
