When do you create a new queue, it's add in "My Queue" list but to use it, you must hightlight it.
That's ok now ?

Ho il compito di smistare i ticket che arrivano alle varie code e ciascun agente associato alla coda dovrebbe ricevere una notifica. Il problema è che non sposta ne il ticke...
