Si t refieres al formulario de creación de ticket, ya tiene varias opciones. Y puedes cambiar el tipo de ticket en la opción de Ticket Update, después del que el ticket haya sido creado. Espero te ayude esta respuesta, si no es asi, podrías ser mas especifico o alguna imagen por favor. Al pendiente....

You can add options for that, in Customers. Add the user´s company, and that option will be available to select.

Or, if you want induvidual CustomerID, you can do it on mysql.

I´ve read some some information about 50-70k is the limit, but i´m not completely sure about this info.

Actually it´s true that depends on the hardware, I´m sure, because i´m working in a OTRS with more than 8700 customers. And it works perfectly.

Puedes usar el WinSCP para entrar al servidor donde instalaste el OTRS, ya que t permite tener una interfaz de las carpetas y así es mas fácil la copia de la imagen.

Hello partners. How are you?

I got a problem in the Status view section of Ticket menu, the items to change page and resize the display ticket stopped working.
Besides that instead of appearing an L (large) a second S appears.

If anyone knows how it colud be solve, I´ll greatly appreciate it.
