How add observer form open ticket customer

Using the OTRS system in the Call opening form of the customer interface, I need to add a 2nd customer to follow a call opened by me. How do I do that? This is useful, because in the absence of the ticket requester, another client can monitor the execution of the open ticket.

No formulário de abertura de Chamado da interface do cliente necessito adicionar um 2o cliente para acompanhar um chamado aberto por mim. Como faço isso? Isso é útil, pois na ausência do solicitante do chamado, outro cliente pode acompanhar a execução do chamado aberto.
