Escalation

I set my Escalation or Solution at 480 and Notify by 90%.
Also, i set the Calendar to "My Calendar" With Working Hours of 0900 - 1800.
But, Time after 1800 is being counted and I am being Notified during non-working hours.
How can I fix it? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I just want to ask what is the suggested max file size to be allowed? Is it safe to set it to 100MB?

PS: It is unusual to allow 100MB attachment but we need it for some purpose. so dont judge. HAHA.

My OTRS daemon always stops automatically. I set up a cron job on my Linux Suse to automatically start the Daemon every other 15 minutes, for temporary fix. What may be the reason of this problem. TIA

Hi,

I got an OTRS 5.0.11 i created a backup of it. Is it ok to restore it on a freshly installed otrs 5.0.23?
The reason why i dont just upgrade it is that im going to transfer it to a different server so i guess i can save time by doing so. Is this possible?

I want to know the "real" First Response Time of every ticket but OTRS logs the autoreply as the First Response Time. What will I do to make OTRS capture the "real" First Response Time (Agent Reply)? Is it possible?

Our OTRS is working fine for the past 8 months and now it magically not fetching email regularly.
I restart the crons. Some email got lost and not translated into tickets. I cant find where the problem is, can somebody help me?

I cant fetch email using my gmail. I was given an error that says "POP3s: auth for email/host failed"
I am pretty sure I input the correct email and password. I use pop.gmail.com as host.

Look at the attachment, I think all the modules needed are installed correctly. but I will try reinstalling Date::Format.

I got this Error when sending Email (See Attached Image).

I am using Linux Suse 11 as my server and I configured the Mail Server and Firewall there.
