I set my Escalation or Solution at 480 and Notify by 90%.
Also, i set the Calendar to "My Calendar" With Working Hours of 0900 - 1800.
But, Time after 1800 is being counted and I am being Notified during non-working hours.

I got an OTRS 5.0.11 i created a backup of it. Is it ok to restore it on a freshly installed otrs 5.0.23?

I want to know the "real" First Response Time of every ticket but OTRS logs the autoreply as the First Response Time. What will I do to make OTRS capture the "real" First Response Time (Agent Reply)? Is it possible?
