I found the answer. I had a wrong mail address. Thanks. But now I have a problem with apache serwer because when otrs is running, this software filling too much my RAM and I dont know how fix this. Any ideas?

I done this step. I copied file "apache2-httpd.include.conf" in location /etc/httpd and then I can restart apache server :/ I know this is basic problem When in /etc/httpd this file doesn't exist everything is ok.
