Interval for pending tickets mails
Hey, I would like to get more then one e-mail from OTRS per day for pending tickets. As far as I see, the check for pending tickets is done in Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task###TicketPendingCheck But how do I change the interval for sending mails from once a day to every 12 hours or even bett...

6.0.1 QueueView very slow and error message
Hey, just updated my OTRS Free from 5.0.24 to 6.0.1 Updatescripts runs without errors and I also set the right permissions, but if I login, goto QueueView and click on a queue (with 7 active tickets) it takes about 7-8 seconds to to load the page. It doesnt deppend on the used browser/CPU/DB-connect...

Hello, I would like to create two tickets from one mail. The mail contains a TO: abc@mydomain.com and a CC: def@mydomain.com header. Booth address exists as filters for different queues (using PostMaster::PreFilterModule) , The problem is that only one ticket is created for the "abc" queue...

Hey everybody,
from the AgentTicketQueue-view: If a users locks a ticket the syste redirects him to the detail view of the just locked ticket.
Can I change this behavior, so that the user stays in the TicketQueue?
Already tried to find a config param, but without success
