If possible i would choose bridged, that way its just another computer on the network.

I asume the telnet test was made from the otrs host, if not, try it. I am not súre if otrs itself logs anything during install, but check /tmp for otrs logfile Else check the usual logfiles (/var/log/messages and the logs in /var/log/httpd/ and maybe the log from exchangeserver) If really stuck you ...

On old system, have a look in Kernel/Config.pm Connection to database is in there (including pw in clear text)
On new system: change database pw so it matches the one from old system.

Do not Negate (cancel) your filter.

Here is a (very) simple example of a FROM that moves any email from a specific address to a specific queue:

it seems like it does not want to work when criteria is more than 1
Set stop on match to no.

I have done a couple of restores, i always drop the database and create a new empty one.

Your new problem looks to be wrong password for otrs database. Is old otrs database pw different from nev database pw?

You can not change versions when restoring a backup.
New install otrs version and backup version must be the same.

so, install same version as backup, restore backup and then upgrade.

So it looks to me like you have to import that type of statistic.

We are using office365 for mail, no problem. Double-Check your settings again. SMTPTLS smtp.office365.com Port 587 A valid Emailaddress and password And thats it. SearchScope should be either 'one' or 'sub'
In your case it should be 'sub'

Its looking for module FAQAccess.pm but cant find it.
Reinstall FAQ module.

Go to admin --> packages --> update repository and install FAQ module.
I think this should fix your problem.

The recipient address <Andrea> is not a valid RFC-5321 address.
Address should not be Andrea but Andrea@somedomain.com

So your server is running at CET (that is UTC +1) and you instruct OTRS to add another hour to that, that's wrong.
Since your server is already showing correct timezone, OTRS should be set to 0
