Looks like German/Swiss Company put work into Otrs 6 and started new community project. Web site is in German, but there are some words about the project in English on https://github.com/RotherOSS.

Very promising.

Which look perfect, but doesn´t work with OTRS 6. I´m not Perl developer, than I can´t fix it. Can someone look on the code ? Or is there any alternative ?

I´m doing VMware snapshot every time, but I wasn´t aware, that DB update is needed between minor versions ( like 6.0.25 -> 6.0.27 ).
Will try that and let you know.

Between minor version I only run rpm - Uvh, never needed something else.

Even I install Moo perl module I can´t login. Doing rpm update from 6.0.25. I enter user name and password click on Login and nothing happens. It happend with 6.0.26 build, I was hoping, that 6.0.27 build will fix this, but not.
I´m on Suse Leap 15.1.

I got same problem with RPM upgrade from 5.0.26 to 6.0.5 . I looked on the OTRS 5 tables and there isn´t any otrs.sysconfig_deployment_lock table.

Looks like this is a bug.

Hallo,
nach den upgrade von 4.x auf 5.x habe ich einen neuen Anwender erstellt und er kann nicht einloggen. In dem System log ist Fehler "No UserID found for". Wo kann der Problem sein ? Upgrade war fehlerlos.

I think nobody tested it. And there is misunderstanding about Suse Linux, there is OpenSuse and SLES. OpenSuse has another versioning as SLES. OpenSuse 11 is very old , can be that EOL was 2012, SLES 11 is current.

OTRS 5 on SLES 11 SP3/4

Hi,
OTRS 4 RPM downloaded from SUSE11 section was compatible with SLES11 SP3/4. OTRS 5 even downloaded from SUSE11 section has dependency on :
- cronie
- bash-completion
which are only on SLES12 .

Has someone tried upgrade to OTRS 5 on SLES 11 platform ?

customer have for example two users, one user opened all tickets for customer, and second user want to have ro access to these tickets. I think it can be only open tickets.

After upgrade Index redirect pointed to index.pl not to customer.pl, that´s why customer wasn´t able to login.

I haven´t external backend, all configuration is in internal MySQL DB.

I updated via rpm.

I tried now change password for user , which can´t connect, in system log is that password was successfully changed , but when I try to login, there is same error user doesn't exist or is invalid.
