Thank you for your response.
I chacked your advice (especially file permission) and it is as it should be (System has permission to write).
When I add columns system OTRS produce that logs (in attachment).

Problem with add column to dashbord OTRS 4.0
Hi,
I am a newbie here and I have problem with simply (IMO) configuration OTRS 4. When I trying to add new column on dashbord (for example "type" or "Owner" in settings open tickets) OTRS don't save my add changes.
Do You have any idea?

Hi,
I have similar problem but only with non-text type dynamic fields.
In csv I always get the empty columny (for e.g. drop down list).
Do you know some resolution for this problem?
