I found the problem. I've created the following queues: Queue 1 SubQueue 11 Subqueue 12 Queue 2 Subqueue 21 Subqueue 22 I've created an ticket in every subqueue. The mainqueues don't have any ticket. But thats a limitation for customers. I need an limitation that my "Blue Agents" cannot see my Red Customers and visa versa

I've created the roles.
AgentRed = Role Red = Only rights on RedGroup
and so on...
Unfortunately...
When I'm logged in as AgentRed I still can see the LightBlue and DarkBlue customer when I create a new telephone-ticket.
Any Ideas?
