Hola, Soy nueva en el manejo de OTRS, les agradezco si me pueden ayudar, he hecho lo que exponen en el texto pero no me funciona, será que requiero de algo mas? hice la configuración de Notifications (event) y al cerrar el ticket no recibe el cliente ningun correo, que puede ser? o que puedo revisar...

do you speak or write spanish? I speak and write spanish and i am trying of get help so at the moment don´t have importance if the customer wants to know or no the ticket state and if is good or no for him. I thing that you can´t help me.

Somebody can i help me please and try of understand me?

Hi,

Thank you for response. I did a notification event named TicketStateUpdate, filters, addressee, etc but ... it needs something more because it is failing, i can´t find the way.

Hello,

How can i do for every time to change state the ticket is notified by e-mail to customer? e.g when i close the ticket or pending.

I have OTRS vr. 3.3.6.

Notificación al cliente x cambio de estado

Hola,
Que configuración debo hacer para que el cliente reciba notificación por e-mail cada vez que se haga un cambio de estado en el ticket, por ejemplo agrego una nota o cierro el ticket? cuento con OTRS vr 3.3.6. Por favor su ayuda.
